Meeting on a weekly basis is often most effective, though frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs and treatment modality. Individual therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes in length and family therapy 60 minutes. The overall course of treatment will depend on the nature and severity of your concerns, as well as your goals for therapy. We will discuss and revisit the expected duration of treatment as part of the collaborative treatment planning process.

What are the typical frequency, length, and duration of treatment sessions?

Can I use my insurance?

I do not work directly with insurance panels but if you have a PPO or another plan that allows you to select an out-of-network provider, you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance carrier. I provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. Please click here for more details.

What are your fees?

Do you treat adolescents and adults?

Yes, I see a wild range of ages including children, adolescents and adults.

Yes, virtual sessions will be conducted via a HIPPA compliance, secure software platform.

Can we meet via telehealth?

I want to help you feel comfortable in therapy.  We will take time to understand what helps you feel comfortable, and I will intentionally create a space that supports that sense of safety and connection. When therapy feels like a good fit, it becomes easier to stay engaged, commit to the process, and experience meaningful change.
