Individual Therapy

I aim to deliver state-of-the-art, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents and adults with a particular focus on eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief/ loss.

I also work with people wanting to address body image concerns, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with athletes, college-age and graduate/medical students.

I also have specialized training in treating co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

In my work with clients, I support them in noticing and understanding the behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that may be contributing to their struggles.

Together, we build greater awareness and develop practical tools so you can feel more empowered in managing your emotions, relationships, and life events.

I often use metaphors to help make sense of experiences and offer new ways of understanding patterns and change.

As a creative at heart, I also enjoy integrating art, journaling, and other expressive tools—especially when words are hard to find—so you have alternative ways to explore and express your experiences.

Family Based Therapy

I am passionate about walking alongside families as they navigate the challenges of their child’s recovery, and I believe that parents play a vital role in their child’s healing journey.

As a certified Family Based Therapy (FBT) therapist, I have extensive experience in providing this gold standard for eating disorder care for children and adolescents.

FBT helps families think about “food as medicine,” separate the illness from their child and empowers parents to help re-nourish their child’s body and brain to achieve recovery.

In my work with families, I strive to help them feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their child’s treatment. FBT can often feel counterintuitive, and I guide parents in learning how to effectively help their child beat their eating disorder.

I recognize how demanding and exhausting this process can be, and I work alongside families to support them through each phase.

Group Therapy

Your child has been diagnosed with an eating disorder. Maybe you feel blindsided, confused and overwhelmed. Now what?

This 90-minute session will equip parents with essential knowledge about the physical and psychological effects of an eating disorder, offer an overview of treatment interventions backed by science and provide practical tips for helping your child recover now.

It will also offer a “roadmap” of what to expect in the treatment process when engaging in Family Based Therapy (FBT).

Clinical Supervision / Consultation / Training

Training and supporting a community of helpers and healers.

Working in the mental health field carries deep responsibility, and it can often feel isolating, overwhelming and, at times, heavy to hold on your own. I hope to offer a supportive space where clinicians can bring their cases and think together in a meaningful way.

In this space, we’ll thoughtfully explore both the “what” and the “how” of our work- what we are doing clinically and how we are showing up in the therapeutic process to cultivate greater self-awareness and deepen your confidence and skill in using evidence-based approaches.

Together, we will also work toward integrating these evidence-based modalities in a way that feels authentic, effective, and sustainable in your clinical practice.

If you are interested in supervision/ consultation, please contact me. The fee for consultation/supervision depends on your needs.

Ready to begin your healing journey? Let’s connect!

The goal of the first consultation is to establish a connection and understand your needs. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and explore whether individual, family, or group sessions feel like the best fit. You’ll also have space to ask any questions, so you can feel informed and comfortable with my practice and process moving forward.

I look forward to connecting with you.
